Carter was born again in the month of February of 1989. Being instantly delivered from a lifestyle of drugs, he found himself a new person on the inside. He immediately changed his way of living and began his journey with his wife Angie serving the Lord and studying the Bible. Carter has been given a simple gift of teaching others the Bible. His down to earth, simplistic approach of teaching can help you learn from the scriptures also.
